For a large-scale team day, the Flemish Government chose Abdij Keizersberg as a total concept. Plenary sessions took place in the church, with parallel workshops in different rooms and a historical guided tour for all employees. Technology, reception and catering were centrally and professionally coordinated. 

Ceremony & coffee reception in the Church & Dining Hall​

For an intimate farewell, Abdij Keizersberg was chosen for its warm and serene setting. The ceremony took place in the Church, followed by a coffee reception in the Dining Hall. We provided discreet support, an adapted layout and catering tailored to the family’s wishes.

Networking event & expo throughout the building

An organization combined a dynamic networking event with an expo and workshops spread across the building. We provided space for stands, presentations and meetings in different rooms. Visitors could circulate freely throughout the building in a clear and logical flow.

Meeting day in the Cloister Hallway

For a meeting day, the Scouts brought people together in the cloister of Abdij Keizersberg. The historic gallery was arranged as a warm meeting place for conversations, activities and a shared meal.

The Dining Hall

An impressive hall with high ceilings, ideal for larger gatherings, presentations and dinners. Historic grandeur combined with contemporary comfort.


The Church

Up to 350 persons | from €600 ex. VAT

A monumental space for lectures, concerts and special gatherings. Its scale and silence give every event added meaning.

The Cloister Hallway

A long, covered walkway connecting all spaces. Ideal for receptions, exhibitions and circulation within a unique abbey setting..
